It was a pleasure connecting with you at the IEL Conference in California last week.
I wanted to share a brief introduction to Education United Alliance and Strategic Calibration Training Systems (SCTS). Our work is grounded in a simple belief: when schools, families, and communities work together, students thrive.
Through professional learning, coaching, practical tools, and online learning modules, we help educators and families strengthen instructional systems, build inclusive practices, and create meaningful partnerships that improve outcomes for all learners.
A primary focus of our work is reimagining the IEP process as a collaborative, student-centered experience that values the expertise of every team member and elevates family voice throughout evaluation, eligibility, IEP development, and progress monitoring. We support districts in moving beyond compliance toward responsive partnerships that lead to stronger educational outcomes.
